2009 All-Star Game Teams

Looking back on last season, with the same number of teams in the Draft, 17, we should be able to keep track of the record number of players a Draft team has going to the All-Star Game, right?

Last season, when the teams were originally named, much like the past couple days, Wes was our runaway leader with six players going to the game in Atlanta, while Dale B. was shutout from those proceedings. With injuries, declines and the YoungStars game roster also being announced, there was a shift in the number of players going from pool teams and Clayton came out on top with five players going, while every team did have a player going to the All-Star Weekend.

In the table below, check out the starters and reserves named to the team and see how many you have.

PhotobucketWell, there you have it. The two teams have now been announced and the tallies are in. Clayton leads the tour with five players going to the All-Star Weekend. No teams were shutout of the All-Star Parade, so when the YoungStars rosters are announced, we will add their numbers to the count.

Also making a big splash on the two rosters is Benson & Derek with four players each, while Dale B., Dale C. & Wes each have three players a piece.
