In a deal that eerily looks like what Jay McKee earned a few years ago for being the best shot blocker, Brooks Orpik has signed a 6-year deal, worth $22.5 million to stay with the Pittsburgh Penguins. Orpik will count $3.75 million against the cap in those six years and he only posted 11 points in 78 games for the Penguins.
