A lower-body injury knocked Nashville Predators forward Mike Fisher out of their game on Saturday against the Kings and his status going forward is looking rather questionable. The Predators are to play next on Wednesday night, but Fisher has been unable to practice with the club since the injury. He is currently listed as out day-to-day and if more details are released, extending his stay on the shelf, it should be posted here.
Fisher belongs to Ryan M., who has been staying steady at 19th place over the last couple of weeks. The injury-plagued season continues for Miller with Fisher being out and the Waiver Draft cannot come fast enough for him.
A mysterious lower-body injury from the weekend kept Winnipeg Jets forward Evander Kane out of the line-up against the Red Wings on Monday night and he is now listed as out day-to-day. Kane's name popped up on Monday morning, suggesting that he was questionable for the game, but in the end, he did not dress and details are minimal. He is considered day-to-day right now and will likely be questionable again on Wednesday night.
Kane belongs to John S., who has been trying to battle his way out of the basement, currently sitting 2 points out of last place, but injuries are the bane of his team's existence as well. It is hard to catch-up when your boys are on the shelf.
