Today though, I will give you what the perfect team would look like, heading into these Cup Finals. Then you can compare your team and see how many of the best players you would have. Now, this is the best team you could pick within the rules of the pool... only 2 players per box (except the one goalie) and only 3 players per team. So here we go...
Box 1
Box 2
Box 3
Box 4
Box 5
Box 6
Box 7
Box 8
Box 9
Box 10
Box 11
Box 12
Certainly, there are many more players that had more points than Niclas Havelid did, but again, due to the constraints of the pool outline, Havelid qualifies, because Box 11 turned out to be pretty crappy when it came to 3rd and 4th defensemen.
The total amount of points from the best team possible is 278... our leader, Derek, is sitting at a mere 210 points. Quite a ways from perfect, but he's better than everyone else!
