It looks like the availability of Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews has been upgraded to questionable and day-to-day after practicing with the team on Monday.
Toews has missed the last 22 regular season games with a concussion and has been out since February with the ailment. Over the last couple of days, the captain has seen great improvements in his health and now that he has joined the team in practice, things are looking up for him. The Blackhawks have not confirmed as to whether or not he will actually suit up for Game One, but if you are figuring on a long run for the Blackhawks in the playoffs and want Toews to help lead your playoff pool team's charge.
