Sheet Player News (Nov. 3)

The Sabres decided to dress defenseman Mike Weber on Wednesday night against the Flyers and in order to do so, they made Box 30 defenseman Marc-Andre Gragnani into a healthy scratch.  Gragnani has been only somewhat productive in the early part of this 2012 season, registering only 3 assists in 10 games for the Sabres, on a team that was likely expecting some bigger things from the 24-year old blueliner.  I would imagine that Gragnani will be back in the line-up for the team's next game and hopefully Gragnani will pick up the pace after his time in the press box.

The Florida Panthers are expecting to have Box 23 forward Sean Bergenheim back in their line-up on Thursday night, as they host the Blackhawks. Bergenheim has now missed seven games with a core body injury, but the speedster should be good to go for an important tilt with a hungry team from Chicago. Bergenheim has a goal in the four games he has played this season, so he should be ready to produce again for the club.
