Morning Player Notes in the Draft (Feb 14)

All of the notes from Tuesday night's busy schedule came from one games, with the Blackhawks in Vegas to take on the Golden Knights.  The struggling Hawks went in on a 6-game losing streak, so that has meant that the shuffle was on and three pool players were healthy scratches, including two players recently picked up in the Week Eighteen Waiver Draft.  Forwards Anthony Duclair and Vinnie Hinostroza and defenseman Jordan Oesterle were all made into scratches and it didn't help.  The Blackhawks lost another game and the shuffle is going to be very interesting, one could imagine, for the next game, Thursday, at home to Anaheim.

In order, this was a lost man-game for Wilton, Jeremy and Stuart, with Wilton suffering the greatest after two nights, currently holding down the Basement Dweller spot with only 3 points after Monday and Tuesday.

The Golden Knights were without forward Erik Haula for this one, as he was reportedly dealing with being under the weather on Tuesday night.  He was the only scratch on the Vegas side, which meant that all four players that were scratched in this game were all taken in the hockey pool.  That's a new one this season!  Consider Haula day-to-day and probable for their next game, Thursday, with the Oilers in town.

Dale C. missed out on a man-game last night with this scratch, but his team has been rolling along at a decent pace, so far this week, having 9 points through the first two nights, currently residing in 10th place, 52 points out of the money.
