No Luck for Buffalo

With the Sabres already losing defensemen this week, the loss of Nathan Paetsch (Box 23) just piles on the woes for the Buffalo team. Paetsch took an elbow from Georges Laraque (non-pool) in the game last night and laid motionless for quite some time. If this is a concussion loss, it will be at least a week before he can re-join the team. The farm team will expect another call some time today for Paetsch's replacement.

Also, it was another night of rest for Tim Connolly (Chris). Connolly was scratched again, more likely for rest, as the team will have a back-to-back games this weekend on Friday and Saturday.
