Goalie Announcements (Nov 4)

There was very little help in the goalie survivor pool, as John S. was the only one who was able to take one of those games last night and qualify for Week Five. His win from Chad Johnson in San Jose was a huge one, both for himself and for the Calgary Flames, who really needed to get themselves on track.

None of the three games that are going tonight are going to help anyone new qualify, but we'll give it a quick look, just ahead of the action tonight.

In Columbus tonight, it will be Al Montoya versus Sergei Bobrovsky, making this a match-up of a non-pool goalie against Mike's already qualified goalie, but that doesn't mean these teams will be playing any favourites that way.  The Canadiens don't seem to care who is in net for them this season, they are playing good hockey with number one or number two.

In Detroit tonight, it is an expected match-up of Connor Hellebuyck against Petr Mrazek, when the Jets take on the Red Wings.  In the draft, it will be Tony versus Stacey C. which is 24th versus 10th in the standings, no survivors in this game at all.

All of a sudden, Louis Domingue is a hot hand for the Arizona Coyotes and he'll get back-to-back nights for the dogs and for Wes in the pool, facing John Gibson of the Ducks, who will try and post a win for Dale B. at the same time.
