Sheet Player News (Oct 19)

The Florida Panthers went up against another one of their Southeast Division rivals on Tuesday night in Washington and they did so without the services of forward Sean Bergenheim. The Box 23 participant on the sheet was held out of the line-up due to some soreness, but any more details were not disclosed. I couldn't imagine that "soreness" will keep him out of the line-up for too long, but that's just speculation. Consider him day-to-day for the time being or until otherwise stated.

The Canucks welcomed Ryan Kesler back to their line-up on Tuesday night against the Rangers, so out of the line-up came Box 6 forward, Marco Sturm.  Sturm has not gelled with the team as well as he may have hoped coming into the season, but there is generally an adjustment period with joining the Canucks, generally because of the system that is in place.  Sturm was brought in to be a top six forward, but with little to no production, the press box will catch up with him quickly.
