Player Notes in the Draft (Apr 21)

Good news for the four teams that picked up Justin Abdelkader in the Playoff Pool, as he'll be back in the Detroit lineup, as he was out for a few weeks, due to a hand injury.  With the Red Wings currently tied with the Lightning in their series, 1-1, they could probably use his services in the defensive end, when they return home to the Joe and have last change for line matching.

An upper-body injury, speculated to be a shoulder problem, will sideline Capitals forward Eric Fehr for at least the next two games, according to the Washington coaching staff.  In the first three games of the series, Fehr has yet to register a point, which has not only been a contributing factor of the team being down 2-1 in the series, but it has also disappointed the three teams that has picked him in the pool.

Petr Mrazek is expected to get the start again for the Red Wings, despite being pulled in Game 2, keeping Jimmy Howard from the crease.  Ben Bishop is expected to keep going for the Bolts at the other end.

No surprises in the Capitals/Islanders game, as it should be Braden Holtby against Jaroslav Halak in the nets, which keep the poolies happy.

Sounds like Scott Darling will keep the ball in the Chicago net, as they are now up 2-1 in the series against the Predators, going into Game 4 at home against Pekka Rinne and the shorthanded squad from Nashville.

Finally, there shouldn't be any shocks to the system in the Calgary/Vancouver game, as it should be the same as the first three games, Jonas Hiller hosting Eddie Lack tonight.
