Not a whole lot going on tonight in the NHL, only two games to speak of, so this will be a nice and easy post. Since we've only gone through two nights of action, I won't go too crazy into the weekly specifics, other than Benson leads the week with 13 points and Ryan trails all with only 3 points.
Craig Anderson (Mike) versus Frederik Andersen (Wilton)It's the Battle of Ontario tonight in one of the early games and it's Anderson versus Andersen, making a pretty good goalie match-up. Mike's team starts the night at 4 points this week, narrowly escaping the basement mention, while Wilton's team is among four teams with 8 points, so far.
Jaroslav Halak (Stacey M.) versus Alexandar Georgiev (N/A)Stacey M. has the only pool goalie going in the Original Six rivalry game for US television tonight and her team is cruising right along already this week, posting 12 points, so far, only 1 point off the lead. Stacey's goalies have been huge this year, they rank 2nd in the pool with 85 points, so far, only 1 point off the lead in that category too.
