Penguins Extend Kennedy

If you're looking for a good late round sleeper pick in your hockey pool draft, look no further than Tyler Kennedy of the Penguins. The team has now committed a 2-year contract extension to him today and he will greatly improve on his 19 points in 55 games he had last season with a lot more ice-time as well.

In two appearances in the pre-season, Kennedy has averaged 16 minutes of ice-time, scoring a goal in the process.  He's a very feisty character that will see some quality time on a good scoring club, so he might just be a good fit for your last forward on your fantasy team.
