In order to send him to the minors, the Bruins waived forward Peter Schaefer on Tuesday, along with three others. Schaefer, once known as a good second or third-line winger, somehow hasn't made the cut in Boston and will be free to any other team to pick up and fill a gap with.Schaefer is a Selection Sheet entry in Box 22, so unless he is claimed by another team, you may want to stay far enough away from him for the time being.
The Bruins will have to make one more cut before their roster is finalized and once it is, it should be posted online here.
