Mueller Suffers Concussion

News dropped this afternoon that the Colorado Avalanche will now be without Peter Mueller for an indefinite period of time after suffering another concussion in Wednesday night's game against the Los Angeles Kings.  This is Mueller's second concussion in the calendar year, after missing the last four games of the regular season and all six playoff games in the Spring due to a concussion.

The word indefinitely is not the word that the Avalanche wanted to see in this diagnosis, so I think it is safe to assume that Mueller will likely be out longer than the minimum week and the start of the regular season will likely be in jeopardy.  Until there is more definite word, it may be best to avoid Mueller if at all possibly in your fantasy pools, but if its too late, I will feign some pity for you.
