A ways back on Sunday, the Arizona Coyotes and forward Anthony Duclair came to terms on a 1-year, $1.2 million deal, bringing the restricted free agent back into the fold for another season.
The 22-year old is coming off a bit of a hiccup year, where he wasn't seeing the production in his game and that cost his everyday job with the Coyotes for a while, heading back to the AHL for a 16-game stint. By the end of the season, Duclair finished with 58 games played with the Coyotes, scoring 5 goals and 15 points.
This season, the expectation is that he will have somewhat of a bounce back year and get into the 30-point range again. In the 2016 season, he was a 44-point player, well into the pool worthiness conversation, but with the up-and-coming talent in the Coyotes organization, his ice-time may be the biggest question for the year.
