The NHL has decided to punish Stars forward, James Neal, for his hit on Derek Dorsett of the Blue Jackets, which he was handed a 5-minute major for boarding and a game misconduct and likely gave Dorsett a concussion that will keep him out of the line-up for an indefinite period of time.Neal was picked in the Waiver Draft by John P. and he's a pretty popular guy in Box 6 of the Sheet pool. Neal will be eligible to return on Wednesday, at home to St. Louis.
