One of the up-and-coming kids for the Vancouver Canucks had an early exit out of camp on Sunday, as Jonathan Dahlen was one of three players sent down to the AHL. Dahlen was a standout in the Swedish second league last season and was thought to be a dark horse player to make the team and join fellow Swede Elias Pettersson on the roster to start the season. He'll now begin the year in Utica of the AHL, as Nikolai Goldobin appears to be a step closer to locking up a spot on the opening night roster.
