Injury update from the Boston on Friday showed potential roster forward Sean Kuraly out day-to-day with a lower-body injury. The only note that I was able to pick up here was that he was that he was hurt in one of the preseason games played, not sure exactly which one, but he's now being held out of action at the moment, unlikely to dress for the team on Saturday, when they play their next preseason game in Detroit.
Another player with roster potential in Los Angeles has fallen to injury, as forward Jonny Brodzinski suffered a shoulder injury against Vancouver on Thursday night and he had to undergo an MRI on Friday to see what the extent of the damage was. The initial word is that the 25-year old is out indefinitely with his injury and the injuries are now starting to pile up and they may start to cost the team roster spots, since they have been cozied up against the salary cap ceiling, heading into this season.
