After dressing in his preseason debut for the Dallas Stars, the 18th overall pick in June's draft, forward Ty Dellandrea signed his entry-level contract on Wednesday morning. The 18-year old only played a little over nine minutes worth of action against the Blues, but he has certainly made an impression in training camp, earning him his deal. It didn't, however, ensure that he got a longer look in camp, as he was sent back down to junior, shortly after the announcement of his deal, but his deal will slide to next season, where he will still have three years left on it.We certainly haven't heard the last of him in Dallas. I think we should expect to see some good numbers from him in the OHL and look for him to have a strong camp next year.
