Tuesday Morning Sheet Scratches

It was a return to the press box for Box 14 defenseman, Alexander Sulzer on Monday night against the Canucks. Sulzer is now considered the seventh defenseman in the Nashville line-up and he'll dress if the coaching staff wants to play with seven, but otherwise, he'll likely be the odd-man out until an injury occurs.

Another Pittsburgh Penguins special... the undisclosed injury. This time, it struck back-up goaltender, Brent Johnson, who was held out of the line-up against the Minnesota Wild. John Curry was called up in time to serve as Marc-Andre Fleury's back-up for the game and we're still awaiting word as to what the status will be for Wednesday's game in Calgary.

A groin pull has taken Steve Bernier out of the Canucks line-up for the time being. Bernier was thought to suffer the minor pull in Saturday's game against the Flames and he'll likely sit for another game or two, while he nurses it back to 100%.
