Fears have arisen in Dallas that the Stars may be without their number one goalie this weekend. The Stars have called up goalie, Matt Climie, on an emergency basis, in case Marty Turco cannot go on Saturday, due to a lower body injury. Turco will be re-evaluated before the Stars' game against the red hot Blues at home. If he cannot go, Tobias Stephan will get the start against St. Louis.
This is not good news for the Stars, who are battling for one of the last playoff spots in the Western Conference and it is also not good news for Peter, who is challenging for the top spot in the Draft. If this is the case, they will both be missing out on an important start, as the two points for both the Stars and Peter are clutch to their final result.
This season, Turco has 33 wins, 3 shutouts and 5 assists for 77 pool points, putting him in the top 25 of pool players, so far.
