There are still some casualties left to be discovered in the Blackhawks clean-up of their salary cap situation and that will include restricted free agents, which now includes
Colin Fraser, who was dealt to the Edmonton Oilers late on Wednesday night. Fraser was likely not going to be qualified with an offer for his restricted free agency, making him unrestricted in a few days time and free to leave without compensation. At least now, the Blackhawks can fill up their coffers with another pick, even a late one for right now.
