Future Considerations

Well, the belief surrounding this deal was that the Atlanta Thrashers were taking on too many contracts with their deal with the Chicago Blackhawks, so they had to dump some bodies on another team.  Stepping up for the Thrashers was the San Jose Sharks, who took on a couple of potential free agents for them to have a look at before free agency and in return, there are some future considerations, possibly some draft picks, if the Sharks were to sign either (or both) of these players.  It's all really shady, but looks like it had to be done.
