The Rangers welcomed their captain back to the lineup on Wednesday night, but in other news, defenseman Marc Staal made way for the captain, as he did some welcoming of his own. Staal was away from the team, as he welcomed a new addition to his family, taking the night off to be with the missus and the newborn.
Grant has his eyes on moving up in the standings still, as his team has moved into 25th place this week and now he has his sights set on 24th, where Tony isn't having a great start to the week. He's still 12 points back, but he's making those points up in a hurry.
