The Canadiens signed one of their top prospects today,
Ryan White, a 3rd round pick in 2006. White, led the Calgary Hitmen to a fantastic season, which finished early in the playoffs, but did finish with 72 points in 68 games. White is a physical player who has more penalty minutes than points in his WHL career and that sort of mucking might earn him a good long look in Montreal camp and could be an interesting dark horse pick in a real deep pool. If not this year, then maybe two years from now. Keep an eye on him.
