The injury prognosis came down on Arizona Coyotes forward Max Domi on Saturday and it wasn't very positive.
Domi was last seen chucking knuckles against Calgary's Garnet Hathaway on Thursday night and after the fight, he had left the game with an upper-body injury, not to return to the game. On Saturday, the Coyotes placed the rough & tumble scoring forward on the Injured Reserve with the injury and there are some rumblings that suggest that he might need surgery on a broken hand.
If that is the case, he could be anywhere between 3-to-6 weeks on the shelf, as he waits for it all to heal.
This season, the 21-year old has 5 goals and 16 points in 26 games for the dogs and after Saturday night, he was ranked 144th in pool scoring overall. He was certainly on pace for a pretty good year, but those numbers will take a pretty good hit, when he misses most of the second segment of the season.
For Stacey M., her team is having a pretty darn good week, with 29 points through Saturday night's action. Her team doesn't have the projected games to have a great look at the Mover & Shaker, but anything is possible. Stacey's team will open up Sunday in 16th place, 24 points out of the money and that gap is expected to grow.
