An upper-body injury kept Box 22 forward
Chad Larose from playing on Friday night against the San Jose Sharks and is considered to be out day-to-day with the injury. Larose has 11 goals and 11 assists in 49 games for the Hurricanes this season, which is well below the leader of Box 22 on the selection sheet this year,
Scott Hartnell, but he still has been relied upon to be one of the stronger players for the Hurricanes in a very rough season. With Carolina near the bottom of the Eastern Conference standings, I don't think they will be in a big rush to get him back in their line-up.
