The Arizona Coyotes gave Louis Domingue the start on Friday night, when they took on the Dallas Stars and had to make an emergency recall of goalie Adin Hill, since Mike Smith was not fit to dress as the back-up, due to an illness. Smith is currently day-to-day, with no exact timetable for a return, especially with how bad this flu bug has been this season. The Coyotes are the last game of the week this week, Sunday night against the Sabres, we'll see if Smith will be good to go then.
An upper-body injury kept T.J. Oshie out of Washington's Friday night's game, home to the Oilers and the team has already announced that he, along with Brooks Orpik and Matt Niskanen, won't be travelling to Nashville to take on the Predators on Saturday afternoon. There was no indication about the nature of the injury or when Oshie actually picked up the knock, but he is listed as day-to-day and we'll wait to see if he'll be good to go on Tuesday, when the Capitals visit the Rangers.
Marcie's team has been in the hunt for the big money this week, as her team is up among the leaders for the Mover & Shaker and only trails 2nd place, which belongs to Brian again, by 6 points. Her team is now 17 points clear of 4th place, as the money teams have now started to really pull away.
