Goalie Announcements (Jan 24)

Even though the All-Star break has shortened this week, that hasn't stopped the NHL from having a quiet Wednesday night.  Only two games are on the docket tonight and both games are relatively late too, including an 8pm MT start in Calgary.  Weird.

So, we'll have a look at both games tonight and maybe I will prep tomorrow's post as well, since it's another night of 15 games!

Frederik Andersen (Mike) versus Jeff Glass (N/A)
The auditioning process continues for the Chicago Blackhawks keepers, looking for a job in the hockey pool, tonight in the Windy City, as Jeff Glass gets another start for the Hawks with the Maple Leafs in town.  He'll faceoff against Frederik Andersen at the other end, giving Mike a start in 17th place.

Darcy Kuemper (Neil) versus David Rittich (N/A)
It's another audition for David Rittich of the Calgary Flames, as he also wants a job in the hockey pool next week and he'll show you what he's got tonight, when his club hosts the traveling Kings, who played in Vancouver last night.  Darcy Kuemper did some relief work in that game last night, but he will get the start.  Neil's Waiver Draft pickup hasn't been too busy since being activated, but ahead of the second player swap, he gets his fourth start for the pool team.
