Goalie Announcements (Jan 4)

Probably, one of the best things of only having one more team to watch in the goalie survivor pool is that when there are lots of games on the schedule, I don't feel the need to preview all of them. It's good to just get the job at hand done and then we can all go back to our daily lives with a big smile on our face... or something like that. Ha!

Jeremy's team is the only that is in need of a win and he's down to only one healthy goalie these days and that goalie gets a start tonight.

Cory Schneider (Jeremy) versus Ben Bishop (Kristy & Don)
The Devils are in Dallas to take on the Stars, which should prove to be a very interesting match-up.  New Jersey is running pretty hot these days, 6-1-3 in their last 10 games, while the Dallas isn't doing too bad either, 5-3-2 in their last 10.  Cory Schneider was given an extra couple days rest, not starting their opening game of 2018 on Tuesday, so he should be ready to go, while Ben Bishop gets the nod for the Stars and he dropped his last decision, a 2-1 loss to Columbus.

New Jersey only has one more game after this one, Sunday afternoon in Brooklyn, so Jeremy's chances are very limited at getting this win, so you would have to believe that anxiousness is setting in a little bit.
