A return to the press box for Box 7 forward Chris Clark on Monday night, as the Blue Jackets took on the Blues. As you may have noticed, he's found his way on and off the blog site and news page a few times this season, not quite being the fit we all probably thought he would be. Would have also assumed he would have made a good piece of trade bait, being the veteran bottom six type of player that teams were looking for. Oh well.
A lower-body kept Box 12 defenseman Roman Polak out of the Blues line-up for a second straight game on Monday night. Polak suffered the injury late last week and missed out on Saturday's game, flying a tad under the radar for me to catch it. The injury doesn't sound like it is anything major, but it could be enough to keep him out another game or so. Link to the Injury/News Page
