The Leafs made a number of cuts today from their training camp roster. Those cuts included Nazem Kadri, who was sent back down to the London Knights of the OHL. He'll keep an extra year on his entry-level deal now. Jonas Frogren and Christan Hanson were also sent down to the AHL today, while Andy Rogers was released outright.
Frogren was behind the 8-ball a little bit heading into camp, since the Leafs picked up a number of veteran defenders in the off-season.
Hanson was on the most productive line for the Leafs in the preseason, but his play obviously wasn't good enough to stick with his linemates for the start of the regular season.
The Leafs don't have an active roster update, but I will post one when it's available.
