A stomach virus kept Flyers forward, Scott Hartnell, out of the line-up against the Maple Leafs on Thursday night. I would imagine that this is just a one game thing, as most of the flu bugs and stomach viruses are. The Flyers don't play again until Sunday afternoon in Washington, so that should be more than enough time to flush out whatever ails him.
Hartnell has 10 goals and 17 assists in 45 games this season with the Flyers, scoring at a pace of 0.60 points-per-game. That's okay numbers for a second-line player, who also gets power play time.
Hartnell is a member of Wes' team, who didn't really miss him last night, as Wes moved up in the standings despite not having a full line-up. Wes currently sits in 5th place in the standings, only 4 points out of the money spots.
In Box 21 on the Sheet, Hartnell is a pretty popular player, having 10 selections in the pool, the most in that box. However, Tomas Plekanec is the top dog in that box, with 41 points, much better than Hartnell's 27. If you're looking for some extra points, that might be a good idea.
