The Ottawa Senators added some depth to their team by signing forward Brad Isbister to a 1-year, two-way deal on Thursday, which gives the team ultimate flexibility, with his salary, despite his likelihood to becoming a full-time player for the team in the coming season.
Isbister, 31, played in 55 games for the Canucks last season, scoring 6 goals and adding 5 assists. Since Isbister was an unrestricted free agent this summer, he doesn't show up on any projection lists, which should indicate that he doesn't have much for pool value.
