The Sharks announced on Wednesday that they gave a 4-year, $10 million contract extension to defenseman, Doug Murray. Murray, 28, came off a sound season, scoring a goal and adding 9 assists in 66 games for the Sharks. He is a bit of a gamble, points wise for your pool, but he does like to throw the fists, which was evident in last night's game against the Ducks. Murray finished with 98 penalty minutes in those same 66 games, which isn't too bad in the grand scheme of things.
