Zetterberg Out

The Red Wings are going to be without star forward, Henrik Zetterberg, for their game against Vancouver on Thursday night. Zetterberg had reportedly strained his groin at practice on Wednesday and didn't skate this morning with the team. The team has called up forward Darren Helm from the minors to help fill the gap left behind. There is no indication of how long he'll actually sit out for, but they'll take every precaution so the injury doesn't come back later in the season.

Zetterberg, the 13th pick overall in the Draft, will be missed by Dale B., who has benefitted from 3 points in 3 games already this year. Zetterberg was also a very popular pick in Box 2 of the Selection Sheet as well. The actual count from the 44 teams entered hasn't been done yet, but the initial idea is quite large.
