Another return expected tonight, this time in Anaheim, as the Hurricanes will be playing the Ducks and Eric Staal will return to their line-up. Staal has missed the last ten games with an undisclosed upper-body injury. Since we don't know what the nature of the injury is or was, I suppose we cannot comment on whether or not its too soon for his return.
Nevertheless, Chris will be able to fend off John B., who is getting Hossa back tonight, with the return of Staal. This just adds more intrigue to the battle for the basement positions in the Draft. On the Sheet, there is no intrigue added by the return of Staal to the Canes line-up.
