A first round waiver drop made Andrei Kostitsyn just a Sheet mention. The drop proved to be wise, as his first game since the drop was costly to Kostitsyn, as he injured his leg blocking a shot on Tuesday and he wasn't able to go on Wednesday night. He is still considered day-to-day, likely with a contusion of sorts, rather than an actual break. That's just more bad luck for the Canadiens, who have really suffered this week.
It hasn't been a great year for Patrik Berglund of the Blues, who has only scored three goals and two assists in 20 games for the Blues this year. That is more than enough reason to have the young sophomore sit in the press box for a game and it was more than enough reason for Leon to drop Berglund in the Draft pool, making him Sheet news only. The Box 6 forward should be considered for a drop, if you have him on the Sheet.
Kind of dropped the ball with Tom Poti's news, as he was hurt last week, sustaining an upper-body injury against the Canadiens. He hasn't dressed in a few games and should have been mentioned a while ago. The four teams that have him on the Sheet pool may not have noticed either, but he could be considered worthy of a trade, since Matt Carle leads him in that box by 10 points.
