Maple Leafs forward has had 15 more games tacked onto his Drug Program suspension by the league, which probably means he'll miss the first 15 games of the season, as he's expected to be clear of Level 2 of the drug program at the end of training camp. So by pool standards, if you were to take his point production from last season at .30 PPG and multiply it by 67 games... you should be looking for 20 points this season.
Granted, he will be working out with his team... he'll have a few months of not worrying about jail... you could possibly upgrade his points to about 25 or 30. Unfortunately, every town he is going to go in, he'll probably get the Todd Bertuzzi treatment from the media, which will more than likely hinder his thought process and hurt his game. Flip a coin... or just avoid Bell altogether in your pool draft.
