The Washington Capitals cut 17 players from camp on Monday and made a little more room for some guys on the bubble. Still in camp with a chance to make the squad; Chris Bourque, Eric Fehr, Joe Motzko and Semen Varlamov. You can pretty much guarantee that Nicklas Backstrom will be in the Caps line-up come October to play with Ovechkin or Kozlov.Technorati Tags
