In a deep draft, Dean McAmmond would usually find himself drafted by numerous teams. But with only three more sleeps until the open of the season, drafts may have already happened, sheets might already be selected and McAmmond has probably been picked. If not... don't. McAmmond will be out of the Sens line-up indefinitely with a concussion, which was suffered last night against Philadelphia. In both Opiated Sherpa pools, McAmmond does not appear, so there shouldn't be any worry there.
The guy who hit McAmmond was Steve Downie. Downie received a match penalty for attempting to injure and is suspended pending a review of the play. Downie wasn't likely to make the Flyers going into the season and probably won't want to meet the Senators this season, if he is to make the team.
