It's Thanksgiving down in Trumpland today, so the only two games in the NHL tonight will be played in Trumpland Junior, but they do feature a couple of teams from south of the border. One of these games, appears to be a survival game, keeping things rather interesting on this holiday, which comes a month too late for most.
The survival game goes in Ottawa tonight, as Troy gets another shot at Week Eight tonight with Tuukka Rask going for the Boston Bruins, as they visit Craig Anderson and the Ottawa Senators. Troy is in need of both the win for the survival pool and some points to get him out of the Basement Dweller spot for the week and the overall standings. Wilton's goalie will provide the opposition to play spoiler tonight. Wilton's team is now 20 points out of the money and could also really use the win.
It's a goalie match-up, which highlights the battle for 1st place overall in the pool. Brian will send Cam Ward to the crease to try and retake the spot from Benson, who claimed the spot last night after a good night in the scoring column. Benson gets to send Carey Price out there for the Habs, which is an excellent counter-move. The difference between these two pool teams is only 1 point, so this is a good swing game, either way.
