The Montreal Canadiens are holding their collective breaths to find out what the extent of a shoulder injury to Alex Tanguay is going to be. Tanguay was checked hard in the game against Tampa Bay last night and left the game, not to return. Tanguay, acquired from Calgary in the summer, has been a pretty good addition to the Canadiens line-up, playing the same kind of style that he's used to.
Tanguay, a Draft pick of Grant's, has 10 goals and 16 assists in 36 games this season, which may be a little less than expectations at the beginning of the season, but still a good contributing member of the team and pool team.
