On Tuesday, the Kings re-signed restricted free agent forward Brad Richardson to a new 2-year deal, reportedly worth $2.35 million, a $1.175 million cap hit per season. In 2011, Richardson finished 280th among all forwards with 19 points (7 goals and 12 assists) in 60 games. He'll be used more in a bottom six role with the club, with some hope he may be able to get some top six time.
