Lalime Out With Groin Injury

The Sabres announced on Wednesday that they have recalled goaltender Jhonas Enroth from their AHL affiliate to fill in for now-injured back-up goalie, Patrick Lalime, who suffered a groin injury during Monday's practice. Lalime has been ruled out of the back-up job for tonight's game against the Islanders, but is questionable for a start in either one of Buffalo's two weekend games, Friday against Philadelphia at home or Saturday away to Boston. If Lalime cannot go, Enroth will make his NHL debut.

ImplicationsWell, there isn't much for implications here. Not taken in the Draft and was not taken in Box 32 of the Sheet.

If you have him in another pool, you may want to sit him for now, especially since it's a groin injury, despite possibly getting a start on the weekend. He may not even make it through his start, if he gets it.
