Noon Player Notes in the Draft (Oct 20)

It looks like we've found the player that Ryan Pulock is taking over for tonight for the Islanders, as Nick Leddy has now hit the list as out day-to-day with an upper-body injury and is likely out for tomorrow night's game against the Coyotes.  I don't think that the scratch is a 100% certainty, but it has to be pretty close, since the team is doing transactions ahead of time.  The Islanders have been keeping a slim roster, including only six defensemen so far this year, so the recall gives them seven defenders for the time being and once Leddy is clear to return, Pulock will have to be sent back.

Leddy was the 6th round pick of Stacey C.'s and already has a goal and an assist in four games this year.  Stacey sits in 5th place on Thursday morning, 7 points out of 1st place, but isn't having a great Week Two, with only 8 points through three nights and losing a bit of pace to the leaders.
