Goalie Announcements (Jan 8)

Here's what we know, so far.  No one will have two goalies going tonight, so that's not a storyline and only one team in the money has a starting goalie going tonight.  It's time for all the teams on the outside looking in to make a move.

So, we'll look to the teams on the outside first, starting off with Neil, who is 8 points out... he'll have Cam Ward going for the Hurricanes against the Blue Jackets, who will be starting Anton Forsberg (non-pool) tonight.

Troy, who is 10 points out of 3rd, will have Cory Schneider in net for the Devils, as they're taking on Jonas Gustavsson (Stacey C.) and the Bruins tonight.

Chicago is going back-to-back tonight, taking on Buffalo at home tonight, and Stuart, in 6th place, 16 points back, will get a chance to make up some real ground, as his goalie, Corey Crawford, gets Buffalo and John P.'s goalie, Chad Johnson.  John P. is the 3rd place team, which these teams are chasing, so Stuart's goalie could really do everyone else a favour.

Let's throw in Kristy & Don as well, who are now 20 points back, they'll have Semyon Varlamov going for the Avalanche, when they host Pekka Rinne (Ryan) and the Predators.

In the two other games tonight, we should see Ben Bishop (Allan) versus Cam Talbot (Brian) in Edmonton and Jake Allen (Scott) versus John Gibson (Clayton) in Anaheim.
