Ducks Add Christensen

The Ducks added a bit more grit in Erik Christensen from Atlanta for a rather unknown prospect.

I am beginning to wonder if we can call this a matter of some advance scouting on the Thrashers' part, because a deal to send Christensen out of town seems rather strange, especially for a prospect. Nevertheless, the Ducks get themselves a hard-working winger to join their ranks, which is never a bad thing. I can't say that I know much of anything at all about O'Dell, so take Atlanta's word for it, that they got an even deal out of this.

Christensen is in the Sheet, in Box 24, but I don't think anyone took a big chance on him at this point. Especially, not as a Thrasher.
