Sheary Out Week-to-Week

Coming out of relatively nowhere, the injury bug chomped down hard on the Pittsburgh Penguins, as forward Conor Sheary is now week-to-week with a lower-body injury.  Sheary finished the team's last game, Tuesday night against the Sharks, but didn't practice on Wednesday and the evaluation the medical staff have given the time frame on the injury, whatever it might be.

By the numbers, Sheary's season hasn't been all that great, ranking 290th in overall scoring with 12 goals and 19 points in 51 games, but the Penguins depth has been fairly challenged as it is and Sheary does leave a pretty big hole to fill.

Now, it's decision time for Jeremy, who may want to take advantage of the Waiver Draft in this case, if he wasn't already, due to the lack of production anyways.  Jeremy's team has had some real duds this season and they all seemed to fizzle and/or get hurt at around the same time, causing a sharp drop in the standings for his team.  His team now ranks 13th and only has 2 points this week, leading the way for the Basement Dweller and things are not getting better any time soon.
